Rachel Lee Dreher is the founder of Dreher Law Group, PLLC. For the fifteen years prior to being an owner of Dreher Law Group, Rachel owned a general practice law firm in Northport, New York. Rachel’s practice focused on assisting clients with corporate reorganizations and restructuring, negotiation and preparation of a variety of contracts for businesses, the purchase and sale of companies and civil litigation matters including construction litigation, foreclosures and collections for commercial clients.
Prior to owning her own firm, Rachel was Assistant General Counsel for a large staffing and employment conglomerate with offices in New York, Florida, Washington D.C., New Jersey, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania.
Rachel was responsible for all in-house collections, as well as all in-house litigation in New York, Florida, and Washington D.C., regarding issues such as employment matters and commercial leases.
Rachel received her Bachelor of Arts in Accounting with a minor in Oral Communications from Dowling College in Oakdale, New York in 1998. In 2002, Rachel received her Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where she graduated with high honors for her volunteer work as a Guardian Ad Litem.
Rachel is a member of the New York, Florida, and Washington D.C. bar associations. She is also a member of the Southern & Eastern District Federal Courts in New York.
