Rachel Dreher has twenty years experience practicing in many different areas of the law including but not limited to commercial litigation, business law, real estate law and estate planning.
Rachel has successfully defended a wide array of litigation including commercial, civil, real estate, and construction law cases, involving breach of contract, personal guarantees, defense against usurious loans and revenue purchase agreements, non-compete agreements, evictions, ejectment, foreclosure defense, quiet title, collections for small and large collection clients, as well as partnership and contract disputes.
Rachel’s legal career began by assisting small business with corporate reorganization during the 2007 economic recession. Rachel is proud that all of the businesses she advised are either healthy and operational today or were sold for a profit.
Since then, Rachel continues to guide businesses through all stages of their journey from formation through closing. She has extensive experience determining and establishing the appropriate form of business entity, drafting and negotiating contracts, preparing employment and contractor agreements, and positioning businesses for sale, merger or acquisition.
Rachel’s estate planning practice includes probate and estate administration, trust administration, wills, trusts, and power of attorney.
Rachel is a member in good standing of the New York and Florida bars. Before becoming an attorney, Rachel worked as an accountant for Time Warner and for a large advertising agency in Manhattan. Rachel’s financial acumen and professional experience as an accountant give her a unique tax and managerial perspective to her litigation and transactional matters.
